I just saw this movie today! A bit late yes, but I had thought that it stopped showing, and it did in the big cinemas. However at this smaller cinema I found they were still showing it! I have wanted to watch it ever since I saw the trailer for it and read what it was about. It just seemed so interesting.

I do have to say, that I loved it. I loved the highs and the lows that were shown in the movie. I wanted to strangle the fiance for only caring about his passion and I wanted to hug Sophie. I loved her for still being able to believe in true love even though her mother had left her when she was young.

Christopher Egan with a British accent completely threw me off since I still remember when I was younger and he was on Australian television. I love his character though. And the sceptism. Created lots of laughs for me. Also, Charlie (his character) is a very awkward person. I was both laughing and cringing at him and how he acted around Sophie. And his skepticism with happy endings is believable because of what happened with his parents.

This is definitely one movie that I will get on dvd. And I don't get a lot of dvds too.
