Sometimes you have to face your past, not to continue what you left off, but to simply make you realise how happy and satisfied you are in the present.

I find this quote quite real and sometimes heartbreaking, I suppose. Because there are some people out there who have horrendous pasts. However, being able to face your past builds you up as a person.
